Easy returns & exchanges

We want you to love your Mia Mia piece. If something isn't right, you can return or exchange it within 7 days of delivery.

How it works

• Message us on Instagram @houseofmiamia or through our contact page within 7 days of delivery, with your order number.
• Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with all tags and pouches included.
• We'll share the return address and next steps.

Damaged or wrong item?

Let us know within 3 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll exchange it free of charge, including shipping.

Change of mind

You can exchange for another item or return for a refund. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer. Original delivery charges on international orders are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued within 7 business days: to your original payment method for card payments, or by bank transfer for cash-on-delivery orders. Exchanges are usually dispatched within 4–7 business days.

Sale items

Items bought on sale can be exchanged but not refunded.
